Annika Sorenstam plays professional golf in Sweden. She is one of best women golfers. Annika Sorenstam was the winner of more than 90 professional international golf tournaments before retiring at the conclusion of 2008's golf season. Tom was an IBM executive while her mother has been working in a bank. She had a sister who was a professional athlete and coach at the Annika academy. They were both the first sisters who earned one million dollars from the LPGA. Mike McGee was her husband. Mike and Annika have two kids named Madelyn McGee, along with William Nicholas McGee. Both Annika and Mike have been married since 10 January 2009. Annika's been a superb golfer ever since when she was a kid. She was a Junior national tennis player and soccer player too. Her family moved to Sweden in order to pursue her professional sports. In 1994, she qualified for the LPGA Final Tournament and won the first ever professional ALPG Tour Australia. She made three of the top 3 finishes, and was awarded the LPGA rookie of the year award. Annika took home her debut LPGA Tour tournament in 1995 at her first major, the US Women Open. She is the only non-American winner of the Vare Trophy. Annika was also ranked first on the Money list. In 2008, she decided to retire from competition. She also pitched the opening pitch during that game. Most recent victory was in the Suzhou Taihu ladies' open tournament.
